Today you join us with a bunch of birthday girls
All with smiling faces and flowing curls
Wearing pretty dresses, party hats, and ready for fun

Today, little angel, you turn one.
Your Mommy’s bundle of joy, and the twinkle in you Daddy’s eye.
You will always be loved and cherished by them as time goes by
They’ll be there for you the first time you skin your knee
They’ll hold you tightly in their arms for all the world to see

Some day you’ll play with dolls and give them names
Skip jump rope, play hopscotch, jacks, and other children’s games
Play hide and seek and peek a boo
Oh yes, a little girl has so much to do

You’re so lucky, Bianca, for a day of love you’ll never miss
For you having such a loving brother Matt, and Gina, your beautiful sis
And two people who love you dearly and have traveled so far,
Your loving Grand Ma and Grand Pa

They show their love for you each and every day
You’re a very lucky little girl is all I can say
Some day they’ll see you off to your high school prom
You’ll kiss your Dad good-bye, and wave to your smiling Mom

Just like they did not so long ago
Life is filled with special moments, it’s part of growing up, you know
