To Whom It May Concern

Life is for living and not to burn
You should care for this precious gift
For you only have but one life to live

Though you’ve done some things you may hate
There still is time, but the hands of time will not wait
For the human spirit is full of pride
So pick yourself up one more time

And brush off the past and start anew
You have the strength to do it, for the ones you love,
But most of all do it for you
It won’t be easy but anything worthwhile ever is
But once you’ve succeeded I can tell you first hand
 A day will come when you’ll feel true bliss.

Deep down inside you know you’re strong and can’t be beat
And restored pride and faith always taste so sweet
Remember long ago you were once a child so small
Not yet realizing the tolls life takes or how far we all can fall

Yet today as soon as you made the choice
 You’d taken the first steps on a journey to change your ways
And soon you’ll be counting the years
 Instead of counting the days

And believe me I’m walking proof
 That you can get better, and you know its true
I fell hard when I fell from grace
For I once was walked down the same path as you

So believe in yourself and do your best
