Engraving/Logo Job Request

To request your custom Engraving or Logo:

After completing the form you may send the information to Jamie electronically by clicking the grey "Submit by Email" button located at the top right of the form.
Select your Email Client (Desktop Email Applicant, Internet Email or Other) and click OK.
You will see a Send Data File message. Click the "Send Data File" button.
Your e-mail will open with the data from the form. Send the e-mail to (already-addressed) jamie@josephmcgowanstudio.com.
You will see an E-mail Confirmation window. You may Print the Form for your records or Close the window.
Jamie and/or Joseph will then put a quote together and will contact you as soon as possible.
